How a project runs

  1. 1.Discover

    Understand the problem

  2. 2.Scope

    Agree the first release

  3. 3.Build

    Ship in short iterations

  4. 4.Launch

    Go live and hand over

What we build

One focus, done properly: turning a business idea into software people can use. Most projects start with an MVP.

MVP development

For founders and early-stage businesses that need a working first product, not another round of slides.

  • A first release scoped around the question you most need answered
  • Requirements, architecture, implementation, testing and deployment in one place
  • Software real users can sign in to and use, ready to iterate on

Custom web applications

For businesses replacing spreadsheets, manual workflows or disconnected tools with software built around how they actually work.

  • Internal tools and dashboards
  • Customer and partner portals
  • Integrations with the systems you already use

AI and automation

For teams with repetitive work that a practical AI-assisted workflow or automation could take off their hands.

  • We check first whether AI is the right tool for the job
  • Integrations and automations measured by time or effort saved
  • Plain rule-based automation where that is more reliable

How we work

Four stages, each ending in a decision you make. Nothing gets built until we agree what is worth building.

  1. 1.Discover

We talk through the problem, who it is for and what success looks like. You get a straight answer on whether custom software is the right move.

  2. 2.Scope

We agree the smallest release worth building, the technical approach and the estimate. Price and timeline are set here for your project, not taken from a rate card.

  3. 3.Build

Short iterations, with working software you can try along the way. You talk directly to the engineer writing the code.

  4. 4.Launch

We deploy to production, hand over access and documentation, and agree what comes next: ongoing support, the next iteration or a clean handover.

Selected work

We are a young studio, so this list is short and accurate. Here is what we are building right now.

Preparing for launch

SupperDONE

A household meal-planning platform: personalised meal plans, recipe discovery, household preferences and shopping lists generated from the plan.

A product venture BinaryShore is building together with partners. It is not a paid client engagement.

What is built so far

  • Household profiles with dietary preferences and restrictions that recommendations respect
  • Meal-plan generation with adjustable plan lengths, meal swaps and favourites
  • A recipe finder with search and dietary filtering
  • Shopping lists generated from the meal plan
  • Interface in English, German, Hungarian and Spanish
  • Sign-in, in-app feedback and an admin view for triaging it

Web application on PostgreSQL with Auth0 sign-in, deployed on Vercel.

SupperDONE has not launched publicly yet and the final pre-release fixes are in progress, so there are no user numbers to report.

A founder-led studio

BinaryShore is a Hungarian software company working with founders and businesses across Europe and beyond.

When you work with us, you work directly with the engineer accountable for your product, from the first conversation through to production. We keep the number of projects small so that stays true.

A direct line to engineering
No account managers in between. The person you talk to is the person responsible for your architecture and code.
Working software over long documents
We write just enough down to agree scope, then show progress in software you can click through and test.
Scope you stay in control of
Releases are kept small on purpose, so you can change direction based on what you learn rather than what was assumed.
Honest about where we are
BinaryShore is a growing studio. We will tell you plainly what we have built, what we have not, and when something is outside what we do well.

Discuss your project

Tell us what you want to build and where you are with it. We will reply by email to arrange a call, and you will be talking to the engineer who would build it.

There is no fixed price list. Cost and timeline depend on scope, so we agree them together after the first conversation.

What are you building, who is it for, and where are you with it today?
